The recent interaction between Nigerian singer Portable and a woman seeking to verify the authenticity of his jewelry has drawn mixed reactions from the public. Portable is a controversial singer known for songs addressing societal issues. To satisfy her curiosity, she asked if she could use her diamond tester on his neck chain.
At first, Portable acted like he didn’t hear her and continued with his conversation with DJ Tunez. The Zazuu crooner then asked her if she wanted to test his diamond. The shocked woman’s response was “Yes, please” repeated several times.
However, instead of allowing her to put to test his jewelry, Portable opted to curse her in the Yoruba language and walked into the building with Tunez.
